Dear customers,
Thanks for using MYIR's products. Here we would like to inform you that we have upgraded the product disk for the MYD-AM335X development board and MYC-AM335X CPU Module to V7 from today (Sep.23, 2014).
The main updates are as below:
1. [Linux] We have updated file system and added some tools such as telnet, ssh, tftp, flash-tools, ubi-utilis.
2. [Linux/Android] We have updated compiler to gcc 4.7.3 (the former gcc is 4.4.1) which is the newest version TI used.
3. [Linux] We have added demo programs for GPIO, key, UART, RS485 and CAN so that user can better understand how to use.
4. [Linux] We have added support for 256MB DDR3 plus 256MB Nand Flash memory version.
5. [Linux/Android/WinCE] We have added support for 7-inch capacitive touch screen.
6. [Hardware] Add instruction for board PCB wrong print for eth0 and eth1 and how to use. The new PCB version will modify the print to be correct.
7. [WinCE] Add CAN driver.
8. [Other] Correct some document errors.
9. [Linux] We have added support for MY-WF003U USB WiFi Module, MY-CAM001U USB Camera Module, MY-CU005U USB 3G Module and MY-GPS008C GPS Module which can be add-on options for the MYD-AM335X board, these modules are have one separate product disk.
The customers who have bought the products and see this notice can contact MYIR for updated materials. Anyhow, we will inform each customers later also.
