Shenzhen, China - March 1, 2015 - MYIR introduced a new
Atmel SAMA5D3 CPU Module MCC-SAMA5D3X-C at the beginning of the new year. This is a second release after
its first SAMA5D3 CPU Module MYC-SAMA5D3X to further meet more customers'
requirements. Both of the two CoMs are based on Atmel's Cortex-A5 SAMA5D3
processor. The newly released MCC-SAMA5D3X-C module is 82 x 55mm in size and
plugged into a baseboard via pin-header connectors, while the MYC-SAMA5D3X
module is measuring 68 x 45mm and using goldfinger interface to slot into a
200-pin SODIMM socket. They are supported by ready-to-use development
baseboards and capable of running Linux and Android. User can make
selections according to their form factors or I/Os requirements. The modules
can support -40 to +85 Celsius extended temperature operation for various industrial applications.
