MYIR’s service procedures are usually as follows:

  1. Please submit your project basic requirement to MYIR.
    Please fill in the project basic requirement form ( Custom_Design_Requirement.doc /  Custom_Design_Requirement.pdf) and submit it to MYIR or send your requirement in detail directly to MYIR by mail. Starting from your basic requirement, We will evaluate it first and then communicate with you for any doubt or any of our comments and suggestions to get a final requirement agreed by both sides. With the full requirement we can configure the CPU and components to reach target.

  2. MYIR will send quotation to you.
    MYIR will send you formal quotation based on our final agreed project requirement. Development time will also be mentioned. MYIR will work with the customer to jointly make schedule for the project if the customer had confirmed to authorize MYIR for the design. The schedule will be part of the contract.

  3. MYIR will sign a Custom Design Contract with the customer. And both sides shall follow the contract.

  4. MYIR will give technical support and after-sales service to customer as agreed.
