MYIR Launches Upgraded ARM+FPGA System-On-Module Based on AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC

Shenzhen, China – January 4, 2026 – MYIR today announced the launch of its new high-performance MYC-CZU3EG-V3 System-On-Module (SOM), powered by the AMD Zynq UltraScale+ ZU3EG MPSoC. This compact, feature-rich SoM integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor, dual-core ARM Cortex-R5F real-time processor, Mali-400 embedded GPU, and substantial programmable logic (FPGA) resources. Pre-loaded with PetaLinux 2024.2, it is designed to accelerate development for demanding applications in industrial automation, machine vision, edge computing, aerospace, and telecommunications.

Accelerated Development with the MYD-CZU3EG-V3 Evaluation Board

MYIR offers a versatile platform MYD-CZU3EG-V3 Development Board for prototyping and evaluation purpose. It is built around the MYC-CZU3EG-V3 SOM and its carrier board fully exposes the ZU3EG MPSoC's capabilities through a comprehensive set of peripherals and interfaces, including USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, DisplayPort, PCIe, SATA, CAN, HDMI, LCD, FMC, and Arduino-compatible headers. An optional 7-inch capacitive touch LCD module is also supported. The board serves as an ideal reference design for engineers developing solutions based on the AMD Zynq UltraScale+ platform.
